Arduino無法燒錄

各位大大們好
問題如標題,前兩天用得好好的Arduino板(FB004移動平台裡面附的板子)都沒有問題
今天我要燒錄時,一直無法燒錄,而且TX.RX也都只閃一下下就沒動作了
電腦開關了很多次,USB孔跟傳輸線也換了但還是不可以
錯誤碼如下
avrdude: stk500_paged_write(): (a) protocol error, expect=0x14, resp=0x64
avrdude: failed to write flash memory, rc=-4

接著我拿出UNO板作測驗卻完全可以,所以我想應該不是版本(我用0023,電腦是WIN7)問題

你是否選:
    Now click Tools > Board > then select 「Arduino Diecimila, Duemilanove, or Nano w/ ATMega328」.

不是選Arduino UNO,
